It feels like its been forever since my last blog post! Which makes today's post all that more exciting!
When I first met Heather, it was right after we moved to the area and I was looking for a place to do my kids birthday pictures. Heather commented on my post offering me the use of her STUNNING property. If you have never been in a field of mossy oaks of all sizes, it needs to be added to your "must-see list". Its absolutely breath taking standing under them.
So flash forward several months and Heather reaches out and asks if I would be interested in photographing her and Rusty's wedding, ON THEIR PROPERTY. After I shook out my butterflies, because it has been many years since I have done a wedding, I met up with Heather and Rusty and we all immediately knew we had to work together.
Heather and her family made, decorated, and set up the whole area. Despite the heat, it was a beautiful ceremony. Heather and Rusty have two little piggies that were their ring bearers. It was the cutest and coolest thing I have ever seen by the way!
The reception was held at Heathers friends restaurant, Melody's Coastal Cafe, where they had its set up so nicely. Heathers mom made all of the cakes and deserts, which she flew here from out of town with!
It was a super hot day and we all were constantly laughing at how much we all were sweating, but it was completely and totally worth it to be able to be apart of something so filled with love. Especially in a time like this!
Heather and Rusty, I wish you many, many, many, years of happiness, peace, love, and all the blessings in the world. Congratulations you two!!
